Hi, my name is Anna. I am based in Brisbane, and have a new online store called Monson Weave specialising in beautiful Indian fabrics. It would be fantastic if you would list my store on your website! http://www.monsoonweave.com.au

Monsoon Weave specialises in hand made Indian silk & cotton dressmaking fabric and upholstery fabric - stocking a range of classic crewel embroidered duck cloth at very affordable rates. I love these fabrics because the designs are classic and unique, but also because all of them have a handmade element such as hand block-printing or hand embroidery. There is such an amazing amount of skill and precision involved to create them, and I LOVE THIS about the fabric I supply!

I would also love to support young designers by supplying smaller wholesale amounts at affordable prices - so if you know of anyone needing a small supply please suggest that they send me an email.
Kind regards,
Anna Bowman

Hi Annie, I wish my sewing teacher was still alive so that I could tell her how much pleasure sewing has given since I finally went back to it years after school It's a bit like music, it gives so much pleasure through all the transformations that age brings, you can enjoy it alone or in company and it takes you right out of yourself. Even better, you have something at the end of it! I came across your great website today. I'm just launching my online business, I'm not sure if you have room to include online shops but would much appreciate it if you have.

I sell online but so happy to have people come to my studio at home in Sydney so they can touch and feel. www.weaverbird.com.au.
