Home Textiles at 7 Cobbler Place Mirrabooka, they are now on both sides of the river. The store all 2000 square metres of exquisite and unusual fabrics,makes it probably the largest fabric and curtaining store in Australia, a visit is recomended. Wanneroo Markets has a material store (been around for years) also has a haby store with a big range of buttons badges laces and ribbons.

Best materials are at Fabric Warehouse, cheaper usually than Lincraft so I don't go there very often. Spotlight in WA sell some nice materials some not so nice. Hope this has given you some help. Hopefully a south of the river person can fill you in with details of their area.
